Fee Structure
Please note that we do not work on a contingent fee basis.

Flat Fee Assignments
Fees for most grant writing assignments range from $500 - $2000, depending on the complexity of the proposal and the length of time we have to complete the assignment.

Writing, Editing, & Technical Assistance
Complete editing of client prepared proposals, as well as section writing, cover letters, and technical assistance is available on an hourly basis.  The hourly rate is negotiable with a 10 hour minimum.  

Not-to-Exceed Agreements
A fixed price contract uses a mutually agreed upon amount to complete a scope of work.   

Expenses
Expenses for all types of assignments are billed at cost, plus 10%, and include such items as overnight delivery service, copying, and production of submission documents. Green Group usually works electronically.  However, if a client prefers an on-site scoping meeting and the like, travel time and estimated expenses will be billed.
